Kandahar World Cup Dates Jan 29th/30th

Chamonix's famous Kandahar World Cup ski event is coming back to Les Houches in 2011! This event is superlative in terms of competitive skiing in the Chamonix valley. It's an event that's renowned on the World Cup circuit, with the world's top skiers descending on Les Houches. Dates: Saturday/Sunday 29th/30th January: Men's Downhill & Super Combined. You can't get closer!

 

New Ski Lifts - Les Houches Link to St Gerais

It's been confirmed that in the next two years 4 new ski lifts (including a gondola and two chair lifts) will link Les Houches with St Gervais.

This investment will create a linked ski area larger than Portes du Soleil! The 'Espace Diamant' will link the resorts of Les Houches,St Gervais,Megeve,Les Contamines, Praz-sur-Arly,Crest Voland and Les Saises.
